Billie earned a BA in Economics from Occidental College and an MBA with an emphasis on Organization and Administration from University of Washington's Foster School of Business. Just out of college, she served as a Director of Human Resources for a large county government, a manufacturing company, and a major shipyard. In 2016 she opened BK Accounting & Tax Solutions, LLC because she saw a need among small business owners for competent, trustworthy expertise.
